Empty unit – Change of use from hairdressers A1 to a mini restaurant take away
APPROXIMATELY 410 SQ FT (38.09 SQ FT)
Dan’s Architectural Services helped the client to create sushi take away, with a small seating area for up to 8 people. The refurbishment was completed with new Shop front, walls, cabinetry, worktops, sinks, flooring and lighting with all electrics, ventilation and plumbing installed by our team. We added a large image to the wall which the client liked a lot.
Challenges
The challenges we faced was the ventilation pipes in the service are we had to drop the suspended ceiling to create a larger void.
The Outcome
With the client playing a big part in the design they were over the moon with the design and structure advice they received from Dans Architectural Services, which building control signed off
